Policy Statement

Our mission at Griffon Hoverwork Limited (GHL) is to provide sustainable excellence in hovercraft, marine and related innovative technologies.

The assurance of Quality is fundamental to all the work carried out at GHL and our long term commercial success and commensurate profitability depends on the quality of our products and services manufactured and delivered to meet the needs and expectations of our Customers, in accordance with Statutory and Quality requirements.

In order to achieve this, it is our policy to maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System and to retain the ISO 9001 Quality Standard.   

We adopt a culture of continuous improvement throughout all our business processes by establishing Quality Objectives and targets to drive improvements, which we communicate throughout the organisation. GHL ensures that competent and skilled personnel are employed at all levels to support the achievement of these objectives.

Griffon Hoverwork Limited is also proactive in identifying opportunities for the timely and efficient improvement of its product in service.

This policy will be reviewed by the Senior Management Team.
