At the beginning of March Griffon Hoverwork embarked on a Baltic region tour to test the performance, reliability and the capabilities of the new 995ED in extreme weather conditions.
Stara Pasleka in Poland and Vaasa followed by Teijo in Finland were the areas visited by the team. Griffon Hoverwork invited new and existing clients to attend.
The 995ED performed exceptionally well during the tests and demonstrations, exceeding expectations and without a single fault in three weeks of demanding trials.
The attendees were impressed with how quiet the new hybrid diesel-electric power system is and the power and manoeuvrability that the craft exhibited. The internal space was also noted and complimented, including the good visibility and comfort of operating the craft. It was also noted and proved how effective and versatile the wide and inflatable drop stitch side bodies are in providing both a stable storage and working platform and their contribution to making rapid redeployment and operational readiness of the craft between sites.
In conclusion, this was a very successful tour with favourable results.
